Refund and Returns Policy
Our policy for refunds and returns is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. It must not have been used.
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted. These include items that show obvious signs of use, or that have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. Returns that are made more than 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific period of time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, and then contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
You can also contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.

Sale Items
Regular priced items only are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at wstmart.info@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
